We stayed in the Hotel Rudraksha in Ujjain where we spent 11,000 rs for one night stay for the most expensive room where there was rat infestation. The rat ate our bag, food destroyed our charger. Instead of complaining several times to the management and telling them that we are scared of staying in the room. They ignored it. We also paid for extra bed which was also not provided. They did not provide us with a compensation or anything. Instead asked us to eat food as an apology which is outrageous
