I want complaint againt Rio resort hotel manager did fraud to us
My friends booked a hotel for us from united state from expedia.com for 31august 2022 to 3 sep 2022 due to some reason he have to cancle the credit card and recent payment .Me (jayant kumar). My wife visited hotel on 31 august 2022 3pm they welcome us . I asked twice is it paid they said yes ..after 4 hour they called up us and said your payment is pending because it was canclled by booker ( my friend) i said ok we will pay whatever charge it is .. the bill was $482.55 they are charge without confirming amount 42595rs +3000 security ..then we asked them you charge more than that manager arguing with as said we cant allow you you to stay they asked us to leave hotel at 23:00 at night ..i have wriiten prove which written by manger about how much they charge and ask us to leave same day ..i want complaint against that manager and return my money back…Name of hotel Rio resort
