Hello Sir/Madam,
We have booked the “Hotel Eleanor” near boomika temple road adjacent to villa nina sonar vaddo anjuna goa – 403509 from 25th – 29th jan.
We paid the amount 25,690 including GST.
The name of the host is Advait Srivastva and contact no. is +91 90354 33638
Today they have called us to cancel the booking forcefully due to some issue and have stopped replying and not giving us our money back.
We want to complaint about this issue and request your attention to this matter.
