We had booked a stay through MakeMyTrip in Ooty for 31st night of December 2022. But once we reached the location we got to know that there’s no such place existing. But the amount was cut and the refund was also not initiated. I’ve not got the refund till date. And the status of the booking is showing completed. We had to suffer in the temperature of 9 degree for like 4 to 5 hours. The complaint was filed with the consumer court. But that advocate didn’t respond properly. I lost the money paid for both the stay and the consumer court.
