Hello, we have done booking by agoda booking id is 886636073 on Thursday 9, 2023 checkin but we denied to checkin as hotel manager said Agoda is third party and we are not allowing any booking through third party then we paid 2000 /- to the hotel manager and although we already paid 1220 /-on agoda website . They are not refunding our money back.
Kindly refer our complaint and take some action .
