I have booked a hotel for my wife , in Bangalore and the name of the hotel is euphoria- while entering the hotel at midnight around 11.30pm , the entrance wall covers by local people sitting in the stairs and smoking and the vibes were very bad and while seeing he rooms it was very bad and while coming down my wife cried like any thing and I need to apologise her and shift here to some other hotel and the Cleartrip says it’s not possible from our side to refund the payment
