I have booked a hotel through Agoda in Kollur on March 31st. When me, wife and my 3year daughter reached in the hotel Mayura Guest House they hesitated to give room because they are telling thät the hotel is any tie up with Agoda. I have requested them to give room but they behaved very rudely. Me and my family waited for a long time outside of the hotel. I have talked to hotel Manager he is also behaved same way.
I have booked through Agoda application and suffered too much
