Respected Sir,
My mother had knee replacement operation in aims(Ahmedabad institute of medical services) hospital , address chandra nagar, opposite jethalal park, Narayan Nagar road ,paldi,Ahmedabad 380007 on dated
5/5/2025.she was hospitalised up to 8/5/2025 . During these days hospital has provided toiletry kit for the patient in which they provided shampoo ,moisturizer, toothpaste, glycerine soap and hair oil. Shampoos manufacturing date was June 2022 and in
packing it is written that bast before 18
months from the manufacturing date so it’s
date is expired. Same case in moisturizer.
Hair oil manufacturing date is April 2022 that
is also expire date, toothpaste manufacturing
date is April 2022 which is also expiry date,
also in kit there is a glycerine soap on which
there is no mention of manufacturing date of
the soap.
Hospital service is a very responsible service sector and to provide personal care
products not one but four products and one product which is soap is also without manufacturing date .
I hope you look in this serious matter and take necessary steps as soon as possible.
