Text of Complaint by M.S. D:

I am quite appalled at the abysmal service I have received so far. Since April I started facing issues with my Jiogigafibre. our jio stb randomly restarts, freezes, hangs and stops working several times a day.
first i tried to contact the jio whatsapp number, however after explaining the issue on whatsapp each time i was asked to contact customer care.
contacting customer care was another waste of time as i had to wait, for 10 minutes just to get connected, explain the issue, then i was told they will look into it and call me back, but i never got a call back.
I finally managed to file a complaint, i was given service number and told to wait for a few days for engineer to visit, however no one visited and then i got a message saying my service number has expired and i have to re submit my complain
finally i contacted jio via the live chat feature 2 days ago
at 3:20 pm i got a message saying “please be online, we are connecting you”
at 3:26 pm i got a message saying “this is Neha, how may i help you”
by the time i replied with my issue, it was 3:27 pm and i got reply “guess you are not online. this chat is terminated”
so how fare is it that jio makes customers wait 6 mins to talk to their employees but they cant wait 1 min to atleast let the customer reply
in any case i emailed them my query and today at 1:15 i got a call from one of their technician.
my phone was on charging so i missed it.
then at 1:20 i got another call but i was praying so i missed it.
at 1:27 i saw the text he sent and called him back,
his name was Ravindra Shilawat
first thing he said as soon as he picked up the call was “i called you so many times, the least you could have done was atleast check who it is and what work they have”
so i explained that i just got 2 calls, on which he repleis, very rudely, “oh just 2 calls? let me show you then, just hold on, i’ll show you when i called”
so i told him that i remember he calld but i was praying and so i couldnt answer, and he had the audacity to say “really? who the hell prays at 1:30 in the afternoon? what kind of pooja happens in the afternoon”
and this was it when i lost it.
who gave him the right to speak to a customer like this? he further said “i also have other clients to deal with, so i’ll come to your place if i have a time”
he said it as if he was doing us a favor.
is this the kind of customer service jio offers?
this is the kind of employees jio has?
Jio employees have no decency how to speak to a client, and i will be telling people so they are better aware what a rip off Jiofibre has become!
no customer care executive has the right to question clients based on their faith and when they pray
if he was busy he could have denied the visit, answering back is just unacceptable, especially about praying or faith, thats personal choice.
