I am unable to get any calls or browse for 3 days. Network has been very poor, even unable to browse as well. I have complained to JIO customer care 3 weeks ago and following up regularly. But they have not done anything!! Customer care executive said “JIO doesn’t bother about pre-paid , u use or not , its not our problem” .
JIO has refused to provide proper service nor help address the problem.
