I have horrible experience with the water bottle from MYTHANGLORY Retail sold via Flipkart. It has several issues that greatly impacted my satisfaction.
“Incredibly disappointed with the water bottle purchased from MYTHANGLORY Retail and fulfilled by Flipkart. The product arrived in a deplorable condition, with multiple alarming red flags that suggest a severe lack of quality control and negligence.
Upon opening the package, I was immediately met with a broken seal box, hinting at mishandling or potential tampering. The water bottle itself was not just rusted, but alarmingly filled with a foul smell. It was visibly dirty, and to my shock, there were water droplets inside, indicating prior usage.
This condition is simply unacceptable for a brand-new product. It’s deeply concerning and unsanitary to receive an item that not only appears to have been used but also harbors an unpleasant odor. This experience was far from what was expected and falls significantly below any reasonable standard for a product being sold as new.
This sort of quality control failure and lack of product integrity reflect poorly on the seller’s reputation and trustworthiness. I’d strongly advise both MYTHANGLORY Retail and Flipkart to take immediate and stringent measures to ensure such subpar and unsanitary products do not reach customers.
