The airtel web postal and Thanks app both are horrible. First of all, no way to register any complaint. The recharges that get failed are not listed in Transaction History. At least they should show a record that a recharge was attempted but failed due to xyz reasons. Now my money has deducted but no intimation from Airtel about failure or success of the racharge. Spent an hour on IVR trying to resolve my issue but no use. The IVR has no option to talk to an actual person and your problem is present in their list to choose.
