I freezed the price for room for 3 people with breakfast but when i confirmed and booked it they gave me a room without breakfast and two people.When I contacted them regarding the issue they are saying freezing price is not for the same room.. When you book it after freeze they can give you any room without breakfast.What is my fault in this? i ended up paying higher for room with breakfast which accomdates 3 people.Now hopper cx executive asking me to pay 25 $ extra for each person for breakfast and 30 $ extra fpr third person.Even showing them all proof’s they are not ready to change or cancellation.Even in cancellation they are saying we can’t it’s non refundable.They trapped us and now not supporting for anything.
