Hello,
I had given my honda activa two wheeler for servicing.
I have multiple issues however one particular issue where in I had proof of photos and videos and phone recording is the petrol was theft from my vehicle. When I took matter arrognatly with them they accepted their fault and gave me fuel back only when I started questioning their dealership licence.In fact they were ready to get petrol delivered in person at my home!. Once I started shooting emails then they started negotitations on phone calls (I have recordings) of
free next service / free oil etc. Then they directly asked my what you want in compensation in order to withdraw your complaint.
I want to file case in consumer forum for this scam they are running and penalise them.
This happened in SVM honda Aynavaram Chennai. I have all proofs of photo/video/phone recordings.
I had marked their entire managment on email and none of them hav replied even once and only trying to negotiagte things over phone call which I recored.
