I have purchased Honda Activa H Smart on 22 may 2023.
Post making use of it for 3 to 4 days the back tire air filling part got damaged that to on the very 3rd day post purchasing Activa. I have changed on my self as per service center it was not covered.
Then the biggest major problem I’m facing is the back tire and wheel of Activa the mach wheel is getting extremely hot we can’t even touch back wheel of Activa and due to this tire is also getting hot. Have checked with Sai point authorised dealer of Activa they have checked and the update they gave to me is that it’s normal because Activa needs to pass on the heat and since there is no other way from where heat can be passed it’s only through back mach wheel. But i don’t understand i have 15 year old 1 Activa 1activa i have is 1 year old there is no such problems in these two Activa then why the hell I’m facing this issues….. I need my money back I don’t want to make use of this Activa I have visited authorised dealer more than 4 to 5 times which is located in mira Bhayandar but I haven’t got solution for that I just need my money back you take your Activa back i don’t want to make use of it. It’s just been a month is still I’m facing same issue no solution at all. ZERO SOLUTION.
