My father has a home loan of 1500000 and he also has a home insurance, After Claiming the insurance lender still asking for more than 300000 to close the loan. My mother is nominee and she is homemaker. They are keep threating us that they will sell our home. My father took the loan in 2017 and we have been paying since then. My father died in april 2022. Loan was for 20 years.
