My Home Loan Running in IDFC First Bank which is 15 lac. ANd BANK Emi Date is 2nd Of Everymonth , Which i want to change Due to My job Salary Credit in 5 to 7 date of every month , Which is All Person get in Local jobs in Gujarat i guess. So i Request to Bank Please Change my EMI Date So that I Pay EMI Regular without any single EMI Bounse , So I called on bank customer care no : 180010888 And Request To Change my EMI Date , And Bank Promised To change on 15 Working Days And Obvious I Agree Bank Statement , So i will Wait for that , But almost 1.5 Month Gone But No ANY CHANGES I GOT in EMI and nobody inform any statement thourgh email or call , And then i called again many times on bank customer care number , Which take 30 to 45 mintue daily of mine For Request to change Bank emi , Everytime Different Different Bank Employees Give Different Different Statement Like We will change EMI Date withing 5 DAYS Then after 5 days again i called again he/she told 15 working Days , Like this harassing me Totally Irritating And I was in job 9 am to 7 pm while i Tried to Call bank customer care , but Bank NOt give any single Solution , After that i again call on customer care i Request to Connect your Cinior Manager of any Authorised Person who Give Correct Information So After that to Long Hold I CONNECT With Bank Cinior Person Who name i forget due to so many different different Bank Workers contact so i cant remmember all of name , EVery time when i connect on call i explain Again from Starting Each Details again And again , And Many Bank Woker Lughing on Call slowly, So Finally i Complain Here For Get SOME Proper answer and solution. I have All Bank Recorings Of Calls And Emails. Which i Ready TO show . So please Please Humble Request to Help Us. THank you.
