I received a message from the company onlineformshomejobs18.com stating that they are providing some form filling job .They stated that they’re will be no charges regarding the work so I thought the work is genuine and immediately decided to work they said the work will be form filling with 800 forms need to be filled and need to be completed within 7 days or else if I don’t complete the task within 7 days I may need to pay the charges which is Rs. 5999 . The task was completed within 7 days and I got a call from the company stating that I need to pay charges as the agreement from the company because I got 295 wrong filling out of 800 forms that’s how they make excuses and now they are threatening me to Pay the money or else they will send me the legal notice to my home and they are saying already FIR against me.

THIS INTIMATION LETTER INFORMS YOU THAT HOME JOBS18 HAS FILED A CASE AS PER LAW UNDER BREACH OF CONTRACT ACT 1872, UNDER SECTION IPC 73-74-75. YOU HAVE DONE AGREEMENT WITH THE COMPANY ACCORDING TO THAT AGREEMENT IF YOU BREACH AGREEMENT, THEN YOU HAVE TO PAY THE PENALTY AMOUNT AS PER THE AGREEMENT.
REMEDIES FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT ACT 1872 :-
>> SECTION 73:- COMPENSATION FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY BREACH OF CONTRACT PROXIMATE LOSSES NOT REMOTE / INDIRECT LOSSES.
>> SECTION 74:- COMPENSATION FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT WERE PENALTY SPECIFIED.
>> SECTION 75:- PARTY WHO IS RIGHTFULLY RESCINDING IS ENTITLED FOR COMPENSATION.
IPC SECTION:-
>> SECTION-406:- PUNISHMENT FOR CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST SHALL BE PUNISHED WITH THE IMPRISONMENT OF EITHER DESCRIPTION FOR A TERM WHICH MAY EXTEND TO THREE YEARS OR WITH FINE OR WITH BOTH.
Abusive Word : Section 66 A shall be imposed for using abusive words with our technical team and legal firm associates and can cause 3 months prison.
THIRD PARTY INVOLVEMENT APART FROM CONTRACT SINGING PERSON IS STRICTLY NOT ENTERTAINED IF THEN ALSO INVOLVEMENT OF THIRD PARTY FOUND APART FROM CONTRACT LEGAL PROCESS MAY START, SO KINDLY TAKE CARE FOR THE SAME NO SOLUTION WILL BE PROVIDED AFTER THAT, IT IS TOTAL AGAINST THE CONTRACT
THE ABOVE SECTION ARE IMPLEMENTED ON YOU REGARDING YOU DID NOT FULL-FILL THE TERMS AND CONDITION OF YOUR AGREEMENT.
NOTE:- IF YOU ARE NOT CLOSING THIS MATTER THROUGH OUT OF THE COURT SETTLEMENT THEN AFTER CLEARING THIS MATTER YOU HAVE TO ATTEND IN THE COURT THROUGH PHYSICALLY WITH YOUR ADVOCATE AND WITH YOUR PARENTS.
