I have ordered HSRP number plate home delivery option from bookmyhsrp website. Rosmerta Technologies was the Dealer. Payment is completed and got my Appointment for 18 may 2024 for the fitment in my home address. The fitment day no one called me for the fitment and no dedicated person contacted me. Now if I check back with the customer care they give a simple reason like ” The rider dint find the vehicle in the given location” Without calling the owner the person canceled the fitment. Now I am asked to reschedule the fitment by paying extra money of 150. Why these scams are not observed by government.
