I got a call from company Nat Enterprise they said we are data entry work from home company . We provide part time job. We don’t charge any thing as registration fee. After the work done if you do not provide 90% quality then you have to pay Rs. 6500. Then they ask for I’d proof and mail id. Based on that they sent one link on mail id on which you have to provide OTP. As soon as I enter the OTP another mail came with one job agreement letter with my details like Name and address ( from I’d proof). After that I came to know on Google that they fake and trying to scam me. Their are almost 250 complaints in consumers forms. So I told them you guys are fraud and I know your reality. So they hand the call and after 2 weeks i got another mail from some lawyer saying that the are going to file a 420 case against me if i didn’t pay their due. He is trying to calling / whatsapp me from last 2 days.
Text Msg – Under sections 420 of the Indian Penal Code you need to clear the dues of the company and settle your dues, otherwise Court behold the right to take strict action against you. Call on 7265863278 for further assistance.
Email – Dear Concern ,
This letter informs you that you have taken an online form filling job from NAT ENTERPRISE and you did not complete/unsuccessful so that as per the terms and conditions you need to pay the penalty amount.After that we will process further procedure regarding your binding agreement, so kindly clear the penalty amount and close the agreement as soon as possible. If you do not clear the process then we will have to process the legal procedure as below :
