1. We approached Holiday souls tours and travels pvt. Ltd. regarding a trip to North East India,
on March 17 2023.
2. After a confirmation call, they stated that the package costs Rs. 43,000 and an initial amount
of Rs. 27,900 has to be paid for booking the train tickets and other required bookings.
3. The payment was made through online mode of Rs. 27,900.
4. We received a confirmation e-mail regarding the same.
5. After the payment was done, the response rate of the company decreased and we were
worried.
6. We tried to reach them out through calls; e-mails etc. but rarely received any response.
7. They finally responded through a mail saying that, due some technical issue the trip cannot
be taken ahead and money paid will be returned.
8. It’s been 3 months since the payment and the response is rare and we haven’t received any refund yet.
