Hi We have done the booking for Sikkim tour package where we have paid the advance of around 65K after confirmation of hotel booking . Now the agent Ankit sharma is not taking any call and even the hotel booking are cancel.Kindly help us in getting the refund

I have paid advance amount of Rs. 75000 and Ankit Sharma and Manish Gupta, are absconding.
I have registered Police complaint as well as with Consumer forum.
The website is suspended today. Both the numbers of Ankit and Manish are ringing but not picking. they are into fraud activity.
Holidaysouls.com website is suspended today. This is fraud site and cheating business run by Ankit Sharma and Manish Gupta. Request you to immediately lodge the police complaint and don’t wait. fraud people will take out the cash from ATM immediately. They have shared the IDFC bank account with me.
They have 3 offices.
