On 31st December 2023, I went to Darjeeling with my family for tour. There we met Mr. Ajay, manager of Karma India Holidays , part of Shooting Star Services Pvt Ltd. in the famous hotel Windamere Darjeeling. They showed me a plan product of premium hotels and they will provide this service if we buy the package for Rs 1,40,000/-. He also added that the actual price of the service is Rs 1,75,000/- but they were giving me a discount. We paid the money and took the subscription on 31st December 2023. After that I tried to contact them several time during the last 1 year but they have not returned my money. The toll free no. 1800-833-5008 is not working. They did not return my money or provided the service they promised. They are fooling everyone and doing a big scam. Please do some strict action in this matter.
