This company scams tourists in Goa. They lure you by offering lucky draws for free luxury vacation and then later manipulate you into purchasing their packages worth lacks. Once your credit card has been charged and you leave. They stop
responding to any calls or mails while your money keeps deducted! A fraud company with 100s of fraud reviews written against them on google reviews and multiple complaints in consumer court yet no action is taken agains them!
We bought on your tour package after receiving repetitive request from your employee at your place on 17th of august 2024, immediately on the next day 18th of aug we have again visited the office and after having a discussion with Tanaya due to financial issues we have submitted the cancellation request letter. She assured us that it will take 2 days to have the approval from the head office for the cancellation request and money will be refunded to the account. At that time Tanaya didn’t mention that cancellation is not possible at all.
They gave us complementary booking to experience their services in the Hard Rock Hotel Goa. we haven’t used this service, we informed Swapnil and Tanaya also regarding the same that we are not going to use this complimentary service.
During our meeting we were given assurance about Package and its services.
We were not told whether it is Cancellable or not.
As mentioned in Consumer form, a non refundable or non cancellable service need to properly make aware. I had several talks with you thereafter. My consent was made quickly and was unaware about anything that happening now.
Kindly please cancel this membership and refund the amount.
