We purchased la Ramada’s Holiday Packages in January 2021. In December 2021 we planned a vacation and for booking we have to end up dropping multiple times same information through email. Over phone also booking service were not available and I end up investing lot of time energy and lost mental peace. This was kind of mental torture. This episode was so bad that I have not able to plan any vacation with this package in next 1.5 year. Recently I am planning for vacation and reached out to them but again not receiving any response.
They have also changed their contact details several times. It seems to me that intentionally they made the accessibility so difficult to discourages the costumers.
Thus I request to consumer court authorities to help me for getting my money back. I have not availed any holiday package service yet.
