We have bought a holiday ownership plan of one year and paid 23500/- via CC.
Since then we kept on reaching them on their mobiles and customer care but there has been no satisfactory reply. We asked them to honour their commitment of holidays as per contract but they are not even responding to emails and using abusive language over the calls. We have been cheated by this company and post that we have collected details about the fraudsters directors who are not returning money or providing us any services that we demanded.
Here is the excerpt from our emails to them

“This is my final email before I launch an Online FIR with Sant Nagar police station for duping and fraud on the name of holiday selling.
So far you have failed to provide me booking as per previous mails and also have not refunded the interest fee waiver as committed.
I have all the evidences that are enough to file a legal suit and FIR towards non compliance of commitments.
So far I have been liberal and listening to your members but my patience is giving up.
Either you refund my complete amount of 23500/- deducted on my SBI Credit card or provide a confirmed booking and interest waiver cheque on receipt of this email.
In another 2 days if you fail I will immediately take my steps that will not be undone and you will be certainly responsible for damages as well apart from returning the amount with interest.”
Inspite of this no communication is made by them.

Now no one is picking up phone
