Text of Complaint by Shradha Gurung:

I had, on 22nd June 2022, purchased a flight ticket from travolook after being directed to their site from a Google Ad. Subsequently, I was informed via mail that the ticket was in processing, and that I must wait for 30 minutes. After that too elapsed, a mail notified me that my reservation was “canceled due to an operational reason” and that a refund will be provided post “10-15 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Gazetted holiday)..” Their support team has done nothing but wasted my time, and puts me on hold after having me wait for good 40 mins or so every time and even after I’m first in line. Hangs up abruptly in between conversations and so on.

  1. Same thing happened with me, on 31st May the flight ticket not confirmed by Travolook siting “operational Error” and still after 30 days the refund is not initiated. After so many mails and call to their customer support team they are just asking to wait for another 07 days. How is it justified that a customer is waiting for so long for the refund of an unsuccessful transaction. Concern agency should take strict action on these financial abnormalities of companies like Travolook.

  2. I m also facing same issue and the customer care guys each time telling me next monday next tuesday, but they don’t refund. when i demanded to talk to any manager then she didn’t answe and hung up the call.
    A pure fraud company.
