I purchased a second hand car and requested itzeazy.in to get my ownership transfer done. To handle my case I was in contact with Ritika and Vinay. However it is 4 months now and they are not returning our documents. We need help to get the documents returned. They don’t even respond to our calls now. We are helpless since we can’t approach anyone else as well…. They are holding all our car documents.
