Hi we have ordered many items from amazon India and few of them get delayed. There is one study table item which I put for returned and its did not picked for long time and whenever I called them they saying that will raise a complain. This way they are holding my money for long time.
I have also placed a study table worth 1099 INR and after 8 days of wait they did not delivered the item and cancelled from their end. When I called them they do not have any answer. Really frustrating with their behavior. These way they are holding money for long time and earning core of interest.
Request to take any action as these kind of things are happening a lot now a days and they never give a satisfactory solution to customers.
