Respected Sir/ Madam,
My name is Umesh. I live in Hyderabad, Telangana. I have purchased 4 airline tickets last year on www.Happyeasygo.com for travel between hyderabad and Lucknow. I made a mistake of booking it on the wrong date so I called Happyeasygo customer service within 5 minutes I made the booking to cancel it. They told me to call the go-first airlines and cancel with them and then call them afterwards. I called go-first airlines and asked for a cancellation and they immediately cancelled my flight and sent the refund back to Happyeasygo. Afterwards, I called Happyeasygo to refund back my money. They told me that my money will be in my bank account in 2 weeks. It has been almost 1 year now and happyeasygo website still haven’t refunded back my money. I called them 6 times now and each and every time I call them they say the same answer of waiting for 1 more week. They don’t even respond to my emails. Sometimes they end the call during conversation. Please help me get me back my money. I think happyeasygo is a fraud travel agent who frustrates its customer during refunds. I’m attaching a pdf that confirms the airlines refund back to Happyeasygo.com and no replies to my emails.
