I transfed money from mobiwik wallet through snapay to my Kotak bank aacount snapay put my money on hold and i tried to chat with customer service they reply one msg in 2-3 hour. I tried 5-6 times KYC everytime it show failed i want my money back please help me in this. And Sometime app show Enable internet but internet is connet well . This is fraud app please help me.
