Text of Complaint by Padala Aruna Kumari:

I transfed money 1 time with mobiwik wallet and 2 times with my lazypay wallet through snapay to my paytm bank aacount and icici bank account.i tranfer 750 3 times in each transaction total 2250 rupees .snapay put my money on hold and i tried to chat with customer service but they didn’t give any replyhour. I also tried to get contact with them through the Moblie number given as customer support but the number was not connecting and I also put a mail to their official email ID [email protected] regarding the but no reply from them. Pls help me regarding this and help me to get my money back.
