On 16th of January I was charged ₹12735 by Nike for an order which was not confirmed.
I tried reaching out to their customer care and filed an issue regarding the same.
On 8th feb I received an email from Nike that the transaction had been rejected from their end. But I had received no refund yet.
I contacted my Axis bank regarding this issue and got my passbook updated. My bank proof shows that I have been charged despite of providing Nike with the Updated Passbook of my bank I haven’t received my refund yet.
