I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your company concerning the return of goods. I purchased MAXI LONG DRESS WITH LEOPARD PRINT FOR 34 EUR, and unfortunately, the product did not meet my expectations or the description provided in the advertisement (ITS NOT MAXI IT IS BARELY MIDI).

Despite my multiple attempts to contact your customer service team ( THE WELL KNOWN SUPPORT MAIL ADRESS) regarding the return of the item and a refund, I have not been able to receive a ANY response. I find this lack of support and the inability to facilitate a return highly frustrating and unprofessional.

Here are the main points of my complaint:

Product Discrepancy: The product I received significantly differs in quality and specifications from what was advertised.
Lack of Invoice/Receipt: I did not receive an invoice or receipt, neither in the package nor via email, making the return process even more complicated.
Ineffective Customer Service: Despite several attempts to reach out for support, I haven`t recieved any answer.
Misleading Information: The company has one email adressn and that one is incorrect and it`s listed online, causing confusion and misdirection.
Given the circumstances, I request immediate action to resolve this issue. I expect to be provided with clear instructions on how to return the product and receive a full refund of 34 EUR.
