I want to bring one issue in your notice that as we have bought one Split AC 2 years back in summers costing approx 45 k, Since that day to till time we are not satisfied with performance of our AC.
Initially First 1 months After installation,There was problem with AC,we registered complaint.Person came and he told us one of the fuse of AC has gone and he has repaired the same.We even Requested that person to replace our AC but he denied because nobody want his new machine to get repaired within first week.
Again cooling was not proper and no proper outflow of air even after highest speed.Then we requested for service again ,that person simply did dry service with no action on other problems.We requested that person as well to replace our AC but that person also
denied.
Again in next summer same problem was there, we requested service call to customer care ,the person came and he did proper service ,this time he find problem that no gas was there in AC.He filled gas under warrranty.
Now this summer again gas is finished.It means last summer gas leakage was not diagnosed.
Now they are saying will charge for AC repair that is 2800
If in year 3-4 time I was suffering with performance of AC Soo how can I believe that it will not repeat in future.
Every time we are requesting for replacement of AC but every time refusal was there.
Now kindly do the needful and give me replace our AC or free of cost repair.
