has been a very unpleasant experience with the Hitachi Air Conditioner and the recent service / the Tech support received for the AC that was installed not even an year back at the below mentioned site. (BREAKDOWN req. 22100803452 for the AIR CONDITIONER)
Here are the sequence of events that occurred:
On 6th Oct, Thursday:
Servicing from Hitachi support was done on 6th Oct
The AC has not been cooling since then (6th Oct after the service)
Weird observation: this time the AC was turned on while the outdoor unit was serviced (blowing of air). I may be wrong here, but usually I have seen this being done while the AC is turned off.
On 7th Oct, Friday:
The AC turned off automatically with out any intervention; This happened thrice on the same day
Compliant initiated with Technician on Friday, 7th Oct
On 8th Oct, Saturday:
Technician visited the site and mentioned, gas refill needs to be done and it will be done on Monday, 10th Oct.
Till this moment, the AC is not working and I have to suffer a lot of pain (commercially, physically and mentally) due to it.
The AC has yet not completed its first year, and I do not feel happy with this AC.
