Hitachi are unable to provide me a nozzle for the outdoor unit of my split heating and cooling AC. I am using a bucket! By now I know exactly what I need, on logging a complaint the technician (I think it’s outsourced to a third party) wants to come over to see the part on my other AC, of course I then have to pay for the visit! At my wits end. Jugadu bucket to the rescue!
