I have bought new window 1.5ton ac of Hitachi on 9july 2022 but it turn out defected as it was not cooling then I asked them for replacement.they told it will take 7 days to replace the product but its 17th august today which is more than one month but my problem is still not resolved.all the time costumer care executive says its in under process any many time cut the calls.worst experience I won’t recommend anyone to buy Hitachi ac.
