I purchased AC last year on Mar-26. Within a month of installation, the gas leaked and there was no cooling. After another 3 months, there was again a no cooling issue. Technician came and rectified the issue. Beginning this usmmer, there was again no cooling issue. It was rectified. However, as soon as the warranty period of one year was over, there was again a gas leakage and no cooling issue. Now, they are demanding hefty amount for charging of gas. I doubt the product delivered to me was already damaged and they deliberately didn’t do proper diagnosis and fixed issue so that they can extract money out of me as soon as warranty was over. I want my money back for the damaged product delivered.
