Hi Sir/Ma’am,

This is to inform you that i bought new AC of Hitachi from Croma Store located at Vaishali Nagar Jaipur on 3rd May, they have committed me that AC will consume only 4-6 units if i use it for 8 hours, however now its consuming 14-16 units for 8 hours.

Multiple time i raised complaint to Hitachi and Croma but no one listing and not ready to provide me any solution.

I am now got mantel harass and very disturbed.

My last hope you are request you to please do need full for me
