I bought Hisense 564 L Inverter Frost Free Side by Side door Refrigerator on 17th May ‘2022, my fridge stopped working (no air flow) on 5th April’2023, and I had raised a request by calling Hisense customer care, they initially booked my case in out of warranty and asked me to pay. When I told them that it is under warranty after 3 days sent a technician from third party to check the fridge. The technician came and investigated the issue and shared his input with the third party team. The third party team took three days to come and fill gas on 18th April. They were unprofessional. I called customer care literally everyday and have also been sending them emails but not proper support. They promise to send someone but no one visited. I told them that I have easter celebration, all the food that I stored were spoilt and lost almost 4 to 5 thousand worth food. I even told them that I cant even store milk, but no empathy. 9th May another technician came and said that the board has to be replaced. He was from another third party called Jeeves. He took pictures and sent it to the team. 18th the board was fixed, but it was not working. Technician came on 19th and tried to fix the issue, however the fridge was still not working. The fridge would start and slowly defrost and stops working. Then I kept calling customer care to have the technician come again and see the fridge. I sent emails to the team on 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th, 28th and on 31st the same technician came and said that there is fungus and the technician who came did not vacuum and fill gas hence there is a block, so he said that there should be a refill of gas and vacuum. after that I have been following up everyday but no proper response and no one visited till now, they have been promising to send someone. but, today when i called they are saying that I should pay. I strongly feel that this is not fair, as a customer I feel like I am victimized and I need to be compensated for the loss of time, money and efforts.

  1. Hi, this same complaint is happening for me and they are not attending to my complaints. Both Hisense and Jeeves are playing Frauds. Accordingly i put a negative review in Flipkart. Future buyers beware.
