The usual window of my electricity bill is always between Rs.500 to Rs.700 but my current bill of June is of Rs.2000 which is definitely a mistake and I don’t want to be harassed for their mistake. I can see the meter reading of last 7 months which never crossed 90 units but on this bill it’s 353 units, I mean that’s gross and heights of negligence. Please help me out as I don’t want to take this further. Kindly make them revise my bill so that I can pay it immediately otherwise they’ll ask me to pay late charges too for their mistake.
