We received a parcel today at about 11.45 am.
We are on 3rd floor. Delivery boy kept the door of the lift open for 4-5 minutes. This caused inconveniency to the building residents.
Worst was your delivery boy was not ready to listen at all. His body language was extremely rude. Without responding he ran away.
We have decided to stop ordering from Amazon.
Courteous staff is a critical prerequisite of any business.
