Dear Flipkart team,
This is to inform you that we believe in you and that is the reason we shop online from you portal with trust. I was highly disappointed and hurt when your Customer care agent insulted me, made fun of me, misbehaved with me by using a pun in his word and disconnected the call on my face. We are not shopping online from your portal for taking shits from your cheap employees.
On 6-08-2022 (Saturday) I have requested for a call back in the flipkart application as I wanted to return my Philips Iron, as the product was not up to my expectation and the same was very small in size. I was not able to opt for the return option via mobile application and hence I have requested a call back.
I got a missed call and then a message that we tried reaching you, however the agent was not successful reaching to me via cal. But let me be very specific that I was holding my phone and waiting for the call. After trying to get a call back from the application, I got a call back on 10:43 PM. Instead of looking after my concern, the agent started arguing with me using a pun. I would request you to please audit the call and give a strong feed back to that male agent for his misbehaving and disconnecting the call over my face.
I want an apology from that agent via call. And help me out returning my product.
Hope you will help me out with a proper resolution. I am taking my efforts for writing a mail, so that these kind of cheap agents does not repeat the same. please escalate the issue to resolve my problem.
I WANT AN APPOLOGY CALL FROM THAT AGENT, ELSE FIRE HIM OUT.
