Dear Team,
Please find the attached screenshot of my past bill amounts. Usually Average Rs 1500/- is the bill amount or in worse case scenario highest can be 2500/-
I don’t accept the bill I have received for the month of May 2020, a sudden spike rise in the bill amount Rs 3370/- (due date 1/7/2020)
Please revisit the bill and do the needful at the earliest and also give a valid reason for the same. Why have you charged so high amount? We have not consumed that much electricity in May month.
