My meter has jumped i got electricity bill 6800rs of 1 months my last bill amount of 2 month was 2500rs i am a tenant owner is not supporting us my mom is citizen she visited at DHBVN office they misbehaved with my mother they took 690rs from my mother for a complaint to check the meter on lab . and they said this bill you have to pay we will refund if meter will defected i paid the bill on 17th July . Today my mother visited that when they will check the meter they denied that we are not checking meter on lab or tu jaa yha se nikl person as Mr.Ashok from Panjiri Plan Electric office railway road Gurgaon 122001 .My meter is running fast my next bill will also come high please help me and take strict action on Mr.Ashok .My mother was feeling fainted when they misbehaved. HELP ME
