Hi,
 
I am Ruchi Singh having electricity connection of MSDELconsumer number is 001526474020. ON 29TH JUNE I  checked a MSEDL app to pay my current month bill but am quite shocked to see the bill amount of Rs 4900/- even after regular payments every month. I am using LT connection for home usage with medium usage and the average bill for every month was around Rs 900/- only, i can understand due to lockdown usage there can be surge in bill amount but this is very high bill even after regular payments.
It is also not possible us to pay this excessive amount of bill as you also aware about the current scenario. Due to no income, am unable to manage even my household basic necessary expenses.
