My average bill consuming is roughly around 600 to 680 rs monthly
But they charged me around 3 months total 2980rs amt
Which is totally unfair, Any time if they average of last year the bill will not go 5-6time higher, In full lifttime the bill never cross more then 1000-1200rs then what logic and calculation is used to give the 5time higher bill and that too due to lockdown which is totay wrong and hitting badly to public.
