My last complaint id was 0000016920294. My complaint status was showing that complain has been resolved . Can they pl let us know what action they have taken to resolve my complain as I have not got any resolution message / solution to my complain . I have again launched a complain via mahavitaran app .

Same is the case with me..every month i pay a bill of rs 1950 approx…though there are only 3 people at home ..and this month it is rs 4700…have i started a small factory at home ..i am shocked..and when i filed a complaint day before.,today i see my complaint has been resolved..maybe at their end..whereas i havent received any call, nor my bill is reduced…what the hell is going on in MSEDCL…is the Govt not paying attention..that they are charging such an exorbitant rate…why should I pay..this amount when i have paid rs 1950 every month till june 2020.
