Dear Customer Care team,
Hope this email finds you well!

This is Vinit Vispute (tenant of : Mrs. Sumeet Kaur Sarabjeet Singh Gandok)
(Address : Flat – 1606, Sai Riverdale, Sec 07, Taloja Panchanand, Phase 1, Plot 11&12- Tal-Panvel, Dist Raigad-410208)

CONSUMER NUMBER : 028611123851
My average monthly bill is always in the range of 500-600Rs a month. And made payment regularly. With unit usage around 70-75/month. (please find attachment for billing and payment history)
I got a higher electricity bill (1280.00 Rs) for the month of September 2022. (Reading was taken on 14th Sep 2022).

I was out of town during the period (31st Aug till 18th Sep). All the electronic items were unplugged during this period.(water geyser, washing machine, TV, lamps etc)
How come the units are consumed doubled, specially when there is no use of electricity for almost half of the month?? The house was locked!!

I kindly request you to look into this matter asap and provide me with a corrected bill. So that I can pay a corrected amount on time.
I am sure there are some mistakes while taking reading or during bill calculations.
